The Tenant will occupy the facility under a long-term absolute net lease and will continue to serve as a key manufacturing and distribution hub for their operation. Founded in 1879, ElringKlinger is renowned as the original inventor of the cylinder-head gasket and is now the world’s largest producer of metal-layer cylinder-head gaskets.
